A high-protein, low-carb wrap made with cottage cheese, perfect for a healthy lunch or snack.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a blender until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and spread it into a thin circle.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift easily.
  5. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Fill with your favorite ingredients and enjoy.
