Classic Tuna Noodle Casserole

A creamy, comforting tuna noodle casserole that’s easy to make and perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  3. Mix noodles, tuna, peas, soup, milk, and half the cheese in a bowl.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Dot with butter and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Notes

  • Use fresh or canned tuna.
  • Add extra veggies like carrots or celery if desired.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
