Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp diced pickles
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, pickles, and black pepper.
  2. Spread the tuna mixture on two slices of bread.
  3. Top each with two slices of cheddar cheese.
  4. Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices.
  5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook sandwiches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
  7. Serve warm.
