A refreshing fruit-nut salad with apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts, perfect for potlucks or holiday sides.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples, diced
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or yogurt), lemon juice, honey, and salt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
