- 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- Maple syrup (for serving)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces and place them in the muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll package and serve with maple syrup.
