- 100g active sourdough starter
- 300g water
- 10g salt
- 100g raisins
- 50g brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- Mix flour, sourdough starter, water, and salt in a bowl.

- Soak raisins in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Roll out the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and raisins.
