Quick, no-bake protein bites packed with nut butter, oats, and protein powder. Perfect for meal prep and kid-friendly snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).
  3. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
