- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 box of Rice A Roni (chicken flavor)
- 2 cups of chicken broth (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
