1 pound ziti pasta
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Cook the ziti pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
Prepare the chicken by shredding rotisserie chicken or sautéing raw chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ziti, chicken, blanched broccoli, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Add chicken broth and mix well.
