A quick and healthy wrap filled with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and fresh veggies. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Layer sliced chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions on the tortillas.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap for later.

Notes
