- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning.
- Spread refried beans in the bottom of a greased bundt pan.
- Layer half the tortilla chips, half the beef, and half the cheeses.
- Repeat layers with remaining chips, beef, and cheeses.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Invert onto a plate and top with tomatoes, olives, green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
