A naturally gluten-free snack made with tapioca starch, this Brazilian cheese bread is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tapioca starch
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine milk, oil, salt, and egg. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add tapioca starch and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in grated cheese.
  5. Scoop dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
