A classic crowd-pleaser perfect for game day, featuring shredded chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce. Ready in 30 minutes in the oven or kept warm in a crock-pot.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half the cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with blue cheese (if using) and green onions.
  6. Serve warm with chips, celery, or crackers.
