  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, Greek yogurt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
