- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Transfer the mixture to a crockpot.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, stir in sour cream.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add more sour cream.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
