- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour (or gluten-free blend)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a donut pan.
- Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each mold 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool donuts on a wire rack.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and cinnamon for the glaze. Dip cooled donuts in glaze.
Notes
- Use a piping bag for easier batter transfer.
- For air fryer donuts, cook at 325°F for 6-8 minutes.
- Try adding chopped nuts or sprinkles for extra texture.
