A refreshing no-fuss patriotic dessert featuring a sugar-cookie crust, cream cheese frosting, and fresh summer fruits arranged like the American flag.

  • 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Arrange blueberries in the top left corner for the flag’s stars.
  4. Layer strawberries and raspberries in alternating rows for the flag’s stripes.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
