- 2 tuna steaks (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
