  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, 1/4 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the sausage ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook the patties at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
