- 2 sushi-grade ahi tuna steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
