A festive and fun patriotic poke cake perfect for Independence Day celebrations. This red, white, and blue Jell-O poke cake is moist, colorful, and sure to be a hit at any party.

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (3 oz) red Jell-O
  • 1 package (3 oz) blue Jell-O
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Bake the white cake according to package instructions. Let it cool completely.
  2. Use a fork to poke holes all over the cake.
  3. Mix red Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water, then pour half over the cake. Repeat with blue Jell-O.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
  5. Spread whipped topping over the cake.
  6. Decorate with blueberries and strawberries in a flag pattern.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
